In some places, the outdoor temperature in summer is sometimes as high as 40°, and the LED display still keep working continuously. will the LED display be dangerous under working this temperature? Let’s talk about how does it to deal with the high temperature test from three aspects.
First, excellent material selection: LED display is composed of face mask, circuit board and bottom shell. The waterproof glue used for fire and moisture proof LED display is also an important part of LED display. The mask and bottom shell are all made of PC glass fiber material with flame retardant quality verification. The circuit board is sprayed with black three-proof paint to prevent weathering and corrosion.
Second, solve the heat dissipation problem: the larger the area of the LED display, the greater the power used and the more obvious the heat. In addition, the sunshine of summer is violent, and the high external temperature causes difficulty in heat dissipation.
In order to solve the heat dissipation problem, it is necessary to adjust from the appearance design and internal structure of the LED display screen, using the hollow design, high density and high precision design of the circuit board. The interior is designed with a macro penetration, which does not produce accumulated rain and does not cause the danger of short-circuiting of wires. No fan , reduce the load of the LED circuit, and the combination of inside and outside can achieve efficient heat dissipation.
Third, installation specifications: LED display is a high-power electrical appliance, prone to short circuit. However, the LED display screen with true quality clearance has no short circuit from wire to structure. However, a little carelessness during the installation process may cause unexpected dangers. In order to ensure safety, the manufacturer needs to guide the installation throughout the process, make sure to connect the positive and negative poles, ensure that the circuit is firmly connected, and remove flammable materials around the LED display. And regularly arrange professional and technical personnel to detect and check the LED display.
